Tripod Grip

I hold my pencil with a tripod grip(the correct way) but it makes my handwriting ugly?
And when I do it the other way its pretty and neat but hurts my hand so am I holding it right
try a NORMAL grippy not a tripod… tripod’s are for kindergarteners who don’t know how to hold a pencil, if you want a grippy go to ANY store that sells pencils
