Does being a US Army Military Intelligence Officer ever get to see any combat experience?
I’ve been asking around and some people say being in Military Intelligence is a good job to be in the Army but misses out on a lot of fun things being a soldier is about. What are they taking about? What are the chances of seeing action? Is it considered to be one of the safest careers?
I’m not sure what these fun things you are referring to are. Are you speaking of actual combat. Let me tell you pardner it really ain’t no fun. Fun is where you find it. I see no problem with MI. Without intelligence battles or even skirmishes or fire fights can go the wrong way. What you actually are in the Army in unimportant. The fact that you are a Soldier is. Good luck to you
