bought a spare part from a company fitted it on car and it failed the mot what can i do?
i phoned them and they said they would send me a replacment . i now have to pay another mot as the last one has went over the allowed time because of the failed part
If the part supplier is unwilling to pay for unproven cosequential loss to you then you would have to take them to the Small Claims Court to try to recover it – I don’t think you would win though.
