Help with a wrist problem?
So im 22 and just got into BBJ and Mui Thai. My wrists are really loose and flexible so in BJJ i’m having trouble hanging on to limbs when i go for arm bars and wrist control and what not. My grip isn’t bad so when i do grab on to something and my opponent pulls out of it my wrist pops. It’s kinda painful, not to the point that i tap or anything like that more like a sting, but i can’t tap anybody with those moves.
Any tips on strengthening my wrists so i can be more effective?
