Eos Xsi
Neewer Wide Angle 58 mm lens will not fit my Digital EOS Rebel Xsi?
I purchased a Neewer 58 mm 0.45x wide angle and a Polaroid fisheye lens, however they will not thread into my Digital EOS Rebel Xsi camera. My camera does not appear to have corresponding threads. Might these lenses be for conventional 35mm camera instead of my digital? Is there a coupling that will fit my camera and accept these lenses?
What is the filter thread size on the lens you have on your XSI? wide angle attachments do not fit on cameras, they fit on lenses. If the thread on the lens and the thread on the attachment are both 58mm there is no reason they should not fit. Sometimes it takes a little extra work to make ti sit right.
