Looking for an Antique Army rain coat?
Many years ago while I was in the army I saw a Sgt wearing a v neck canvas rain coat. It laced at the neck. I thought he said it was a WWI rain coat. I have been looking and can not find anything like it. Does anyone have any ideas what it may have been. It had to have been army issue at one point in time but I just don’t know when.
When I was in the army,we were issued rain gear that was what you
are looking for,it had a parka,like you describe and a pants suit.
I would try a good Army-Navy surplus Store,in your area.
