where can I get a good tall tripod for a flip camcorder?

and if there is none, is there a way to make one?
ps:I dont need a really good top of the line thing, just something that is still and at least 3 and a half feet tall
my budget is at most $30

any photo store, walmart, radio shack. easy to find.

putting your flip cam on a tripod will make it difficult to use the controls. i don’t recommend using anything other than the table top stands (under 12 inch).
